Yes. Samples are chargeable, and the cost is adjusted against your bulk order when you proceed. You'll also see digital mockups before any sample is made.

Either works. Bring a tech pack, a logo, a sketch or a brief — our team develops the product and artwork with you, prepares mockups, and confirms everything will reproduce well on fabric before production begins.

Screen printing, DTF and DTG printing, sublimation, and embroidery. We'll recommend the right one for your design, fabric, volume and budget — they are not interchangeable, and choosing wrong is where most sourcing money gets wasted.

GSM (grams per square metre) is fabric weight. 150–160 GSM is light and breathable — good for summer events and marathons. 180 GSM is the standard for everyday corporate t-shirts. 200 GSM and above is heavier, more structured, and more durable — the right choice for uniforms worn daily and washed often. Heavier isn't automatically better; it depends on climate and use. We'll advise on your specific case.

We replace defective pieces at no cost. Every order goes through final inspection before dispatch, so it should never come to that — but if it does, we make it right.

Yes. Share your Pantone or hex reference and we'll match it in production. Fabric absorbs colour differently from paper or screen, so we'll flag any shade that won't reproduce faithfully and propose the closest achievable match before you approve.
